Tisza Hotel and Spa — Hotel in Szolnoki járás

This hotel was booked for me, on a trip to Hungary. So I had no idea what to expect. From the outside the hotel looks great, if you're into these old period buildings. I quite liked it. But since seeing my room I just felt so deflated. So disappointed. The rooms are old also. But they're also dusty. Dust piles in the corners behind doors. Not very nice. Our room had a "Paranormal Witness" feel about it. The shower is rubbish. They still use old fasioned shower curtains which doesn't give enough room to allow the guest to wash properly without the curtain sticking to the skin. The toilet leaked with each flush. The TV in the room couldn't have more than a 20-inch screen. And only 5 channels. And one of them in Chinese! No news channels -- very weird. On the plus side the wifi is free and works well. We went for breakfast around 8am. The rush had passed. There was just one other couple there. Because this time of year is cold I headed for the cooked food. This consisted of sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bundaskenyer (or eggy bread). And of course coffee and tea etc. The fruit juices were all watered down though. 2022.06.09-től 2022.06.11-ig foglaltunk egy szobát, egyértelmű vággyal egy franciaágyra.|Szörnyű körülmények voltak a kapott szobában, ráadásul 2 egyszemélyes ággyal kaptuk. Mocskos volt a szoba, büdös, nem volt meleg víz, ami elég rossz pont ha figyelembe vesszük, hogy ez egy olyan hotel, ahol termálfürdő van. |Nem volt se sampon, se fogkrém, se szappan a szobában, de a recepción az eredeti ár 300-400%-áért megvehettük volna.|A recepciós azt mondta a barátnőmnek, hogy van meleg víz, csak hagyni kell folyni egy kicsit, 40-45 percnyi folyás után (délután) hideg maradt. Utána este mondta, hogy most már minden tökéletes, minden jó, azonnal van melegvíz. 10 percnyi ismételt folytatás után (a fürdő és a mosogató csapja teljesen nyitva volt) rájöttünk, hogy hazugság volt. Lementünk ismét a recepcióshoz, és nagyon leereszkedően mondta, hogy "Próbáld meg, van meleg víz, csak várni kell." de ez volt az a pillanat, amikor azt mondtuk, hogy nem maradunk itt még egy éjszakát sem. A fennmaradó lefoglalt napokra vissza akartuk kapni a pénzünket (banki átutalás), még úgy is, hogy azt az egy napot elbuktuk. Leírtuk a szükséges információkat, a nő írt egy új nyugtát, és mindegyikről fotót készítettem, így ha később probléma adódna, akkor bizonyítani tudjam az igazam. Lám-lám, nem történt azóta semmi. Küldtünk egy emailt, most várjuk a választ. NEM AJÁNLJUK azt az épületet senkinek, amit valaki tévesen hotelnek nevezett el. |---||We booked one room with a clear wish for a double bed from 2022.06.09 until 2022.06.12.|We got one room in terrible conditions with 2 single bed, it was dirty, smelly and no hot water. Considering it is a hotel with thermal bath, it is pretty bad.|There was no shampoo, toothpaste or soap in the room but we could have buy them at the reception with a decent 300-400% of their original price tho.|The receptionist told my girlfriend that there is a warm water just let the water flow a bit. It stayed cold after 40-45 minutes of flowing fast as possible. After that, we was told in the evening that now everything is perfect, everything is good, there is instant hot water. After 10 minutes of flowing water (bath and sink faucet fully opened) we found out that was a lie. We went down to the receptionist and she told us that "Try try there is warm water just wait more" in a really descending style, but that was the moment when we said, we well not stay here not even for a night. We wanted to get our money back (bank transfer) for the rest of the reserved days, even with a loss for that one day. We wrote the necessary informations, the woman wrote a new receipt and I made photos from all of them so if there is a problem later, I am backed up. Wonder-wonder, nothing happened.
