This was a nightmare and OYO is mum about the same. I reached the location (provided in the google location in OYO app) at midnight. There was no Hotel Taj Castle. Called the owner and he said he can't hear me and reach the hotel location. It was clear that he was trying to avoid the call. A hotel called AREEBA was there in the same location. The hotel receptionist said they are not aware of Taj Castle but funny thing is they can see my booking in their computer. I booked for 2 people and even I got the msg from OYO for the booking of 2 people. They told the booking is only for 1 person and I was told to give Rs: 500 more. I contacted OYO and it was clearly understood that the hotel changed the booking for two person to one. And repeated calls to the owner didn't help also. Even the receptionist denied that they don't know the owner even though his name was written in the registration certificate. It was a clear scam and OYO is not even able to do a single thing. This is the height of cheating and OYO as I understand is not bothered. I called the OYO customer care a day after and I had a 1 hour call. Even the customer care agent is aware of the cheating but she said she can't do anything. I merely requested her to forward this issue to the top management to handle this so that atleast no other customer needs to face this but she denied that also.

Read moreThe worst experience i have gone through till now the rooms photos are too fake they are using fake lights and editing the rooms are too bad and stinks , all rooms have some defects the first one tiles were broken, when i gone through second room the ac was not working and they don't have any good service the tea was too bad in taste as if i am drinking hot water , when i tried to adjust all these things I was not aware of this fact that the worst part is coming we had mouses in our rooms and the mouses were all around in other rooms too i have a rat phobia so when i told them they were giving fake hope of changing room and the manager was saying when you are aware of this fact that first floor have rats you should have sent them to the second floor like seriously why would anyone adjust on first floor are they coming agra to stay with mouses all around 😂😂 when I talked about refund of one day the manager was showing attitude and he was very rude he don't know how to talk to a woman plus i have one thing to say that this hotel is not for respected people it's image is not good it was Seeming a 2 hours wala hotel to me (being very honest) not for good people and girls please stay away don't go for this hotel, worst experience ever .
