I recently had the misfortune of staying at Crystal Sarovar Premiere Agra, and I must say, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. I can't believe how terrible my experience was, and I feel obligated to share it with others so they don't make the same mistake I did. The check-in process was a nightmare; the receptionist seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. It took an eternity to get my room key, and I was already regretting my decision to stay there. They charged me 1770/- exta upon my booking amount 6327/- stating hotel policy. Upon entering my room, I was horrified by the condition it was in. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, and there were suspicious stains on the furniture. The bathroom was even worse โ dirty tiles, and a toilet that clearly hadn't been properly sanitized. I immediately felt uncomfortable and disgusted. As if the physical state of the room wasn't bad enough, the noise level was unbearable. I was given twin beds after multiple request for a big king size beds saying they will merge. After multiple attempts to call the front desk, they staff didnโt came to merge the beds. When I was out of the hotel mand came back after 3 hours I saw the beds were merged !! HOW CAN ANYONE ENTER THE ROOM PREMISES WITHOUT ANYONES PERMISSSION ? When I asked the receptionist why this happened she had no answers not even an apology. The next morning, I dared to venture into the hotel's dining area for breakfast. It was a sad excuse for a meal โ cold eggs and watery coffee that tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Some of the staff in the dining area were just as uninterested as the receptionist, providing no assistance or even a hint of hospitality. To top it all off, when I checked out and expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff barely acknowledged my complaints and offered no apology or compensation for the horrendous experience I endured. It's clear that this hotel has no regard for the comfort or satisfaction of its guests. In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone considering a stay at Crystal Sarovar Premiere Agra to think twice (X100 times). This place is a complete waste of money. There are far better options available in the area that actually value their guests and provide a clean, comfortable environment. Save yourself the stress and frustration โ avoid this hotel...

ย ย ย Read moreWhat an amazing place to stay at Agra. I will list down all pros and cons about this hotel that will assist you while visiting the Taj. Pros: Location is fantastic. Just a 18-20 mins drive from railway/bus station. A short 1.5 kms drive or walk to Taj Mahal. Sits near some of the best eating joints and cafes. Rooms are big and spacious. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and a big window to look out. Staff was warm and welcoming. They said Namaste ๐ at every possible instance and that too with a Smile. Made my day every time. Food is delicious and buffet spread has nice variety. Pool on the terrace is good to chill for a while and get a view of the Taj Mahal Social mention - since the room was available, they gave me the room 3 hours in advance of the checkin time. That was awesome ๐ Room service was prompt and helpful. A water leakage from the window due to heavy rain was fixed with no delays. Coffee shop at the lobby is nice too. They were very kind to offer us complementary coffee upon our arrival ๐ Note - A wine store, dhaba, cafe mocha, Gopal Das petha wala, Pind Baluchi restaurant are just a walking distance from the hotel ๐
Cons Bar at the terrace (next to the pool) only opens after 7 pm. I recommend them to open it for people who would like to enjoy a drink while chilling in the pool Due to heavy rains, the hotel entrance was super muddy. They should get that fixed at the earliest.
This hotel is gorgeous and a definite place to stay when one goes Agra. Cost is...
