KFC — Restaurant in Agra

No menu variety, no sauces, no coleslaw, dirty bathroom, no bread/buns, and beggars literally stalking you outside. Seriously. If you’re looking for something to eat and you’re a foreigner, don’t bother. We ordered two large buckets of chicken strips and chicken pieces, two fries, and two drinks. We received exactly three ketchup packets and we received a very, very small serving of sauce, about a teaspoon. We asked for more and they asked for 25 rupees. We asked for buns and they asked for 75 rupees per bun. One of the chicken strips was black on the inside. The bathroom was filthy and there’s no soap. The employees don’t want to work, they seemed inconvenienced to have to do anything and need major training in customer service or an attitude adjustment. Shabbiest place on earth! I have been to many KFCs across India ranging from Kerala to Delhi. But trust me, this is the worst one. It was unbelievable! The tables were not clean. The leftovers were all over the table and floor. Shortage of staff is the main problem, and the ones who are there are careless. They treat us like they are giving us free food. They didn't bother to take the order/give us the food/maintain the customers. 2-3 folks left the place after seeing all these. The security guard seemed to be like a local person. This is the best KFC food I've ever tasted. Everything is super hot and tasty. I liked the ambience, service speed, bunch of foreigners, and huge space on the first floor. Decent washrooms and food is cheap or affordable I'd say. It's a bit far from the hotels and Tajmahal but only 2-3 kilometers away which you can come on Tuk tuk or in Uber. The chicken cooked very well, French fried tasty really good, I took two combos and two Hot and crispy chicken which are good. You should visit this place at any cost and you won't regret.
