OYO 8888 Riga Hs Deluxe — Hotel in Agra

First OYO experience and the worst experience. I booked a room in this property. And it was complimentary from OYO that I can checkin after 10am if rooms are available. So I called this property manager and asked if room is available, he said yes but I have pay 30% more for early checkin. I told him that early checkin after 10am is complimentary. He said no and told me that I have to pay early checkin charges. So I called OYO area manager. She put herself, me and this property manager on conference call. When asked by her (area manager) that why is he not allowing me to checkin. He, the property manager denied me checkin on area manager's face and told the area manager that she can do whatever she wants but he won't let me checkin without paying 30% more. That's the problem with the cheap companies, they are going ahead with quantity of rooms but quality is worst ever I have experienced. So the area manager gave me another room which was even worst areawise so I didn't even bother to go inside it. I tried OYO for the first time but now I'll think a trillion times before booking an OYO (I hope that day never comes when OYO cross into my mind again). So OYO leave the numbers, focus on quality, services and security. How can the people working under you not listen to you. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY AND SHAME ON YOUR SERVICES. For the public, I would say don't book an OYO just by looking at the rooms. If you can go and check personally if the location is good because ab OYO gali mohallon mein...

We recently stayed in this hotel and I am sharing my experience:

1. There is no parking, you must park your car in the side of the road in front of the Hotel.
2. The hotel is in 2nd floor, and no lift is available.
3. Employees are not polite and efficient
4. The room Key was not working! ---- had to go out keeping the room open
5. There was no cable connection in the Television
6. In our room, there was a looked cabinet, we did not has any clue what was inside that----- very risky from security point of view
7. Next day morning ordered breakfast @8.00 AM. 1st they bring the breakfast @ 8:15AM. at our room. But to my utter disdain, moments after that they said that it is not meant for us it was for some other guest and they took the food away saying they are bringing us our breakfast in 10 mins. At 9:45 AM I call the Kitchen to check for the breakfast and the person in the opposite side said they have not received any order and disconnected the call. I called the reception and finally after all these struggle, breakfast was served @10.00 AM.

This is the worst ‘hotel’ I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t even consider this to be a home stay. The man at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, couldn’t communicate at all and the worst part was he tried to charge us 3 times the amount we were meant to pay. 10:50 the first morning we got up the front desk came banging on the door screaming get out, two young females traveling, we felt unsafe and didn’t want to leave our stuff in the room. We were suppose to stay for two nights but couldnt get through the first morning/night so we left.||||Finally, the room reeked of chemicals, the sheet had stains, the bathroom was all moldy.
