The Taj Homes — Hotel in Agra

One of the best places that we stayed in one month of travelling around India. Spotlessly clean rooms, a hot shower with really hot water, set in a great location close to the Taj, to restaurants, cafés and everything what a traveller would need. All of this for a very reasonable price. But what is probably the best about this place is Lucky the owner. Great character, easy going and a cheeky sense of humour - was really fun talking to him. During our stay my wife was sick and he gave great advice about what would be the best to do about it. So nut just fun but also taking care of your minor and major traveller problems. My first time to India as foreign traveller Had an comfortable, memorable, adventurous stay with Lucky at Taj homes. This place is walking distance to Taj Mahal east gate. Lucky was very accommodating, cold bottled water, he even offered to take me out for dinner. I agreed and he gave me a night tour of Agra eating street food, shopping for Indian clothes, and buying fruit

I even met some of his friends and had a great Indian local experience eating out. He also took me on his scooter for a night sight see tour of the area

So glad we stayed the night at the taj homes! The room was nice and clean, and the hotel itself was a walking distance to .Taj Mahal The best part though was Lucky the owner- he was helpful, resourceful and good hearted! When we got to the hotel late at night he took us himself to eat, and made sure we were satisfied.
