My recent visit to the Taj Mahal on a weekday was an awe-inspiring experience! The intricate details and sheer scale of this architectural marvel are truly breathtaking. However, even on a weekday, there were queues, so be prepared for them to be even longer on weekends and holidays. Here are some helpful tips for your visit: * Tickets: Purchase your tickets online or at the window beforehand. Entry without a ticket is not possible. * Cost: The garden entry fee for Indians is ₹50, with an additional ₹200 for the museum. * Shoe Covers: Disposable shoe covers are mandatory for entering the monument. Buying them inside will cost you an extra ₹10, so consider purchasing them beforehand. * Parking: Cars cannot go within 1 km of the Taj Mahal. Park your car in the designated parking area and take a golf cart ride to the monument for an additional ₹20 per person. Overall Experience: Despite the queues and additional costs, visiting the Taj Mahal is an unforgettable experience. The beauty and historical significance of this monument make it a must-see for any visitor to India. Additional Tips: * Wear comfortable shoes as there will be some walking involved. * Carry a hat and water bottle as the weather can get hot. * Be respectful of the monument and other visitors. I hope this review helps you plan your visit to the Taj Mahal!

This Taj Nature Walk covers a vast land area... However there is no security anywhere inside, so be alert with your belongings... We didn't find any drinking water facility anywhere inside, so carry your own bottles... I will not recommend to visit this place during the harsh summer and humid days, however summer evenings will give you a better experience... We have witnessed Monkeys and Peacocks inside. Their are some benches provided to take rest. Few spots are really beautiful, so don't judge and keep walking all through... There is a Shah Jahan View point and also a Mumtaj View point from where the magnificent Taj Mahal is visible. There are swings and a beautiful green meadow which is wonderfully captured in photos. In this regard, let me mention that DSLR camera is not allowed inside, so if you have one, you need to submit it at the entry desk. Entry fee is 50 rupees per person, there is concession for senior citizens. Kids below 5 years of age get free entry. Children will find a good amount of playful equipments inside. Overall, it is a nice quiet place to pay a visit if you have enough time in your hand to spend. But be alert and keep yourself safe...

Taj nature walk cost 150 rupees for foreigners and 50 rupees for nationals. It would have been great if there was someone who could wiped the benches inside the park so we could sit and enjoy the peaceful tranquility of nature. Some signage would help . Nature has lots of wild birds especially peacocks dancing around. There were three monkeys but they didn't bother us. Some areas of the walks are a bit scary especially where personal security is concerned. Although my wife and I did not feel threatened, someone alone may feel afraid. I don't think there are any security cameras. I am not trying to discourage you from visiting this place. I am just sharing my thoughts and feelings. It took us an hour to walk around. You can see the Taj Mahal at two view points. There are also tracks between bushes which later connect to the main concrete tracks. There is a canteen inside but it is closed. There is a playground for kids and a grass field for picnics. I don't know if you can take food inside but photography cameras are forbidden. Cellphone is ok. I think the best time is early morning or late afternoon.
