Chef Signature Restaurant — Restaurant in Agra

Had an unpleasant experience there...There was power failure after we placed orders...thought of not stepping out since v placed orders.. The restaurant was empty ..we(my husband and myself) were the only customers there🤣...The fellow who served us was very polite... Their customer service was very pleasing and polishing (a business trick) ...they had no genuinity in their service ... All items were overpriced...the tables were filthy and old...most of the images of the restaurant were fake... The food was tasty but stale... I got severe Food Infection after having Veg Thali from the restaurant...the food tasted delicious owing to the addition of some taste enhancers which are unhealthy...The pulao rice which they served with Thali was not fresh..they simply reheated and served food hot.. My husband too got indigestion and stomach cramps(diarrhoea too) after dining from there... The whole ambience of the restaurant was worst...They didnt even place a handwash liquid at the handwash area..the bottle kept there was empty🙄the whole place was shabby.. I wonder how foreigners dined there... The previous reviews of this place is misleading... I never ever recommend this eatery..greatest mistake made by us..utterly wrong...

Power cut when I dined. May be our bad luck! But the whole time we were there there was no power. Almost died from the heat. But the staffs were nice to treat us. Food was tasty..Priced a bit higher compared to the quantity ( 300-500Rs for chefs special thali) . Most of the photos posted aren't actually the ones from the restaurant😁. Google images! Luckily the taste of food was good otherwise would have been shocking! (No power right!!).

Both of us(me and wife) had overnight issues with the food with my wife facing issues like vomiting. Suspecting some additives in the food which didn't suit her well. Luckily for me having consumed non-veg I was fear stricken! But seems only to be having mild indigestion issue.

This place the moment we stepped was empty and I'm usually the person who prefers places that are decently crowded. But here only we were the customers. Regretting why still I chose to!

I hope the management will look into the issue...

We found this little gem by chance while looking for a cozy place to have dinner. We were welcomed so warmly by the charismatic Ayush, who surprised us with wonderful fresh and tasty food … and a little personal flute performance. We right away booked one night in the Hostel and were tended to all our needs by the friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this place for travellers if you are looking for a homely atmosphere and amazing food. If you go, ask for Ayush’s special drink 😉 Greetings from...
