Hotel Chouhan Paradise Ajmer — Hotel in Ajmer

I stayed at Hotel Chauhan Paradise in Ajmer for one day, and overall, it was a good experience. The room had all the basic amenities – a bed, TV, Indian-style toilet, geyser for hot water, and access to Wi-Fi. It was a comfortable stay for two people, and both the check-in and check-out process were smooth and hassle-free.

The hotel is located in a narrow lane opposite Hotel Sundaram, and the nearby borewell serves as a useful landmark to locate the street. Inside the lane, there’s a gate that leads to the hotel premises.

Security-wise, the hotel is well-covered with CCTV cameras, including the main road outside and all internal corridors, which is reassuring. Outside our room, there were two taps with a basin, convenient for a quick freshen-up.

If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the bathroom could have been a little more spacious. But apart from that, it met our needs well and made for a pleasant short stay.

I'm extremely disappointed and upset with my recent stay at this hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a nightmare. During my stay, my gold ring went missing, and I reported it to the hotel management. Astonishingly, they claimed to have found it after we returned home.

However, the issue persists even after a month. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they're not responding to our calls or returning our messages. They're also refusing to send the ring back to us. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer care is appalling.

It's unacceptable that a hotel would handle a situation like this so poorly. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they resolve this matter and demonstrate better customer service.

My experience with hotel owner and their staff is very bad 👎 because I booked two room 8 days before of arriving with advance payment and also confirm 1 day before as there were 3 ladies and also 3 children along with me. But at the time of arriving and after traveling 12 hr the owner refuse to give us two room and try to convince us to adjust in one room because of only one room available and also try to give us two room in two different hotel but we refused and ask him two give the same room which booked in advance and in the last we canceled our booking and searched other one with luggages and children.
