Hotel Shreemata Sadan — Hotel in Amarkantak

Due respect to all reviews, staying at Hotel Sreemata Sadan, Amarkantak is a bitter experience for us. We have left that hotel today. The two ladies at the reciption as well the boys just gave their impartial look when my 78 years old father and 70 yrs old mother were carrying their trolley bags from their room to our car. I was just speechless. When we just entered the hotel, the two ladies at the reception were not eager to talk to us. They Don't know the manners, simple behaviour. Don't know what might be the reason. Water problem, low quality food.. "All's well that end well" - Amarkantak was our last tourist place. The hotel was the worst one.Now my query is "is this line be true for us or..."?

It's really surprising that Hotel Shreemata Sadan Amarkantak had just called and requested us to modify our review. But why should we do this? Every sentence is true. Moreover, this hotel doesn''t have free WiFi though it is clearly mentioned at their website. Staying at this hotel was the biggest mistake of our Amarkantak trip. The quality of the room is very bad, the bed-sheet and the blanket were very dirty, it can cause itching in humans. if you go to this hotel, then definitely take allergy medicine with you. Food quality was average but its prices were overpriced We had to wait 45 minutes for the food. The owner and receptionist treated us very badly. they only want cash payment, not online payment. They will not give you a GST bill because they are eating government money by saving tax. The price of this hotel should not be more than 600- 700/- at all. Worst Experience Ever — Highly Disappointed!

My stay at this hotel was by far the most horrible experience I have ever had. The room was extremely dirty, the staff was rude and careless, and to make it worse, the AC was not working at all. The hotel has serious hygiene issues, which made the stay completely uncomfortable and unsafe for guests.

The behaviour of the lady operator was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Such rude attitude shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Overall, it was a total waste of money, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
