Well I have visited your Hotel on 26 October which was on Dasami Day during Durga Puja... After our Sindur Utsav... We arrived at noon and had a bit of hassle with the cars parking in the parking area as there was no one to assist us.. As there was some routine Maintainence/construction work going on.. We had to move both our cars twice to park it back again to a designated place... Very minor issue but I hope it should be taken care off next time.. Coming to the review part being a Bengali and on Sindur Utsav day we have heavily messed up faces and palms red in color.. To be honest any hotel management would have told us to wash out palms and faces and then enter the dinning area but they dint do that... They understood the religious cultural significance and respected us for what we are... They made sure they followed all the safety protocols in lieu of Covid 19.. Staring from the front office they maintained a smiling gestures towards us... Escorted us till the dinning area made us comfortable.. The weird request was we demanded non veg breakfast at 12:30pm as we dint want to eat lunch as lunch was already on the cards at our club premises and the best part is the Sous chef himself appeared and recommend as on what will be the best option.. We were happy as Ananta and his colleague(forgot her name) have a very courteous nature presence of mind indeed who understood that we had kid along and within no time they got the kid with muffins as the placed order was taking a bit of time... The kid was happy which made us feel like as our own people were with us.. Coming towards the food.. The food was 😋 😋 😋.. Maybe next time we expect the coconut chutney to be more creamier(just a suggestion) must try their chicken keema dosa Even the lassi was simply superb.. Starting from the entrance, greetings, escorting, ambience, food quality, plating, taste, hygiene, the selection of interior design with the pleasing color scheme gives you that enigmatic feel of premium and prestine vibes... Even while leaving the premises everyone including Mr Nikilesh from food and beverages wished us, Security Manager even escorted us till the exit.. Overall it's a very pleasant experience and will be coming again very soon.. We Appreciate all your efforts and hospitality..!! Must visit place.....
Read moreI have visited this place 22nd October, the ambience and the property was new and excellent that gives you 5 star feels, but coming on food we were 2 members and we had the buffet dinner thier and thier was an offer running on 1+1 buffet valid on dinner, that will be costing you around 880/- including taxes, it was a basic buffet at that price and I really loved their chilli chicken and jeera rice, the food was really good but they need to improve on more varities and dishes, every thing was going well then one lady appears to our table to take the feedback from us, but she was not wearing a mask and speaking to us, thing how can guest be comfortable?? Mrs. Bindu the HR manager and the chef, I have noticed they were not wearing the mask in between, and in this tuff time, safety and hygiene are very important but I don't know how can she come to us and talk without wearing a face mask, I haven't saw any other management like this but in the restaurant this was happening where guests will be eating and their is no chance of wearing mask and eating, so please give importance to that too, being a HR manager and doing such thing that is towards everyone safety is not good. Please make sure you feed us...
Read moreWe had a conference in this hotel and also booked rooms here for stay. If their is some internal meeting happening for your committee you can't ignore customer or say sir right now busy...food is really not upto the mark whether in room or served for conference people...live chappati counter was never told so people finished their food and later came to know breads are available...food served in rooms was also not upto the mark..if any customer requests you that hw woke up late and can he get something to eat as breakfast is about to get over, as a hospitality guy you should help the guest as he paid for the breakfast rather telling sir right now busy will call back and than no calls. When checking out staff was more interested in what's happening with his office seniors rather that the customer who is standing at the reception...neither paying attention to customer issues he was busy with his own work and seniors... I know posting feedback here will not make any difference but posting here so that next time if others plan anything they read the comments of an unsatisfied group of people like me. Limited food option in buffet and poor service of staff who are not...
