New Satyam Stay Comfort — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

One of the worst experiences I had in my entire life, very unprofessional staff. Zero customer service I wanted to give zero stars but left with no option. When I checked in with my wife after booking a deluxe room I was given a TWIN SHARING bed. When asked why? without any remorse they have changed it. There were cockroaches, no soap, shampoo and the AC was leaking. As I had a busy schedule I didn't bother much. Next morning I was given complimentary cards for breakfast and while having i being asked to come and pay for it as I was not supposed to get it. It was an embarrassing movement and latter when confronted with management they were are not ready to accept their mistake and said I dont have to pay for it. At the time of checkout they halted me and asked me to pay for it. The reason they have is I am ready to spend so much for a room but why can't I pay for the breakfast. Not ready to accept their mistake. I was already running late so had to clear the bills which I was promised as a complimentary. I would recommend not opt at all...

Vizag must try biryani

Pros -Ambience -Staff were welcoming -Well maintained etiquette -Staff suggestions on our food likings -Price range is pocket friendly compared to other zamat restaurant,beeshan,viryanis and more,picy venue -Double masala of biryani is so good -mirchi ka salan/sherwa(its not exact mirchi ka salan) but this cant be found in any restaurant in vizag,soo delicious.im a repeat visitor for this reason Except Alkapuri restaurant( now its closed restaurant Kamat restaurant

Must try dishes Chicken dum biryani - double masala Chicken fry piece biryani(spicy but craving) Tandoori's are love Kalmi kabab Best egg fried rice in vizag(must try) in that price range Chicken fry ( damn spicy but you will crave for it) Apollo fish

Cons Raitha is stale often Onion salad is spoiled often! But still i crave for this biryani for that peculiar naatu spicy andhra tinge!

Good food try to maintain the recipes for the ages to come!! Many of us have a sincere request ,They should tostart a tiny parcel take away section...

I ordered paneer butter masala, too much sweetness, curries are not upto the mark. Initially it used to be good. But now, i think they have gained enough of reputation, So eventually compromising the quality and taste of the food. Ambience is great irrespective of they deciding where to sit and eat which hurts. Once ordered biryani and realized that they are even decreasing the quantity in the package. That salan is not at all fresh these days. Completely compromised in terms quality, quantity and management. Initially used to visit a lot. But now alternatives are better than this restaurant. Asked about complaint book at the restaurant but they said that there is no such thing. I know this is a business, but do the business by putting yourself in the customer's shoes and think once. Are you really justifying the food you serve and satisfy the customer?

Giving at least that 2 star rating for that open kitchen concept only. At least customer can see what you do and how you do in...
