Dwaraka Inn — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT TO CHECK IN EARLY OR CHECK OUT LATE. THE CHECK IN TIME IS 9AM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 8 AM. HAD TO PAY 400RS EXTRA FOR 1 HR EARLY CHECK IN.

The first shocker was in the morning when we wanted to check in 1 hour early. The receptionist was started bargaining on extra money that we have to pay. When we called the Manager he rudely shouted "You got the discount by booking online, now pay extra. We did not ask you to book from online." What an idiotic and moron reply. We can book the rooms wherever we want to. And even if we got some discount that does not mean we are liable to pay more. He was so admant that even the rooms were vacant he did not allow us to check in and then we have to pay 400 rs extra just to check in 1 hour early.

The most basic requirements for a stay is cleanliness which was not there. The room had a dirty pillow, and basic amenities like drinking water and towels were not provided. And in the morning from 7am onwards they start calling you to vacant the room. Seems like they are there just to loot people...

First shocker : reception staff shouts loudly for basic questions. They seem to have a general attitude that they are doing us a favour by giving us room . Even though we booked in Advance .

We checked in very late and politely asked if we can stay for an hour after their chekc our time . Do note that this hotels check out time is 9Am which in itself is very unusual compared to other hotels where it is 11 am or 12 noon . We were ready and would have Been happy to pay extra.

The appropriate response from would be to politely tell us the extra cost . Instead he begins to shout at the elderly people in family saying “ how can you stay ? Why would u stay ? Get out at your time ! It’s written there “

Rooms do not have basic amenities like a hand soap or a single bottle of water .

It’s extremely sad when a business that deals in hospitality and guest services employees display such substandard behaviour .

I advise any guest with a ounce of self respect avoid such places . There are far better options . With more...

Me and my family stayed here for 2 days and the service in this hotel is very poor and when we came on the first day they made delay of 2 hours as they that they are cleaning their water tank and if they have said before we take rooms we would have gone to another hotel because of their delay we didnt see much places here and I wouldn't given a single star but we should give and on the second day thay again delayed water to our room and again we got late and we have another day to see in vizag and we have to go to beach and we have to check out at 11 am and we have asked to extend upto 4 o'clock and they didnt extend and that said if we want to extend the time they said we have to pay fo ul day room fare to just keep luggage and who ever read this pleaee take it seriously as it wouldn't happen to anybody who visit...
