So I had done reservation at this Homey suites on 30th Oct 2022 on MakeMyTrip for 15th-17th December stay for 2 nights in 2 rooms for 5 adults and 1 infant. Now despite having made prior reservation and paid the full booking amount on makemytrip , upon arrival, we were told that rooms are not available at Homey suites. Then they asked us to wait for 10mins, after which we were told to move to another hotel probably owned by same person 2 lanes away. All of us had to walk with our luggage with the infant from the Homey suites to homey meadows. Upon arrival at Homey meadows, we were not recived well, they said they have no idea , since we had not made reservations there and asked us to wait. So this entire adjustment from one property to the other took more than a couple of hours. We had an infant , who was hungry and we asked for some hot water to prepare cerelac, we gave the receptionist our Milton flask. She took the flask and filled water in it and put the flask on induction cooktop, the flask got damaged beyond repair. So after repeatedly telling them that we have travelled over 28hours and we need our rooms , finally at 12.25 we were given two rooms. Now these rooms were not upto the mark , stained bedsheets, non function geyser, damp walls . Upon taking all our experience at the property with MakeMyTrip, they finally moved us into 2 different rooms but even there one of the two rooms had functional geyser. But we were tired of shifting by then. Now we had made booking on MakeMyTrip which included breakfast. The next day when we asked for breakfast, they said it is available but it is chargeable, we said we had already paid it along with room while, again the receptionist asked us to wait and after confirming with the Homey suites people, they allowed us to have breakfast. Not to point out that there was a delay because of all this. I wish I could stop here, but wait, there is more. When we asked for extra mattress for one of the rooms, they first refused and upon much complaining and showing them that based on number of guests and bed size , we need extra mattress. In conclusion, upon speaking with the MakeMyTrip executive and explaining all this situation, we have been offered a tiny small portion of our money which we had spent for reservation but never got. Haven't yet received any of it but they told they understand, but I can tell from experience that neither MakeMyTrip nor the Hotel personnel can know what we have experienced, and to be there with family with elderly parents and infant was probably my biggest blunder , to trust that reservation/advance payment are matter of trust and somehow , I cannot trust...
Read moreLet me start with rooms first, I have booked family room, as per the survey it supposed to be 1550 sqft but when I entered the room it was of hardly 150-180 sqft with torn bed sheets and bad smelly pillow cover and bed. I had to tell him to clean the rooms and change the bedsheets even the blanket was so dirty, totally unclean.
Service was incredibly slow. I asked them to change the bedsheets and clean the room, it took them 1 hr to understand and implement the request.
Breakfast means street food. Just outside of hotel there is one street road snacks center where they cooked idli, masala dosa and menu vada. our breakfast was complementary as per the invoice but in MMT while booking I can see the option of payment of breakfast hence I paid for this breakfast. It’s another story So when we order some breakfast, it’s getting ready in the roadside kitchen with absolutely unhealthy way, much oily. then presented it beautifully like came from wonderful hotel kitchen.
There is no kids play area, no iron board no amenities. It was my worst experience and I am so disappointed with the service.
I would honestly request to hotel management to look into this issue and never cheat your customer by giving false information just to achieve client attention.
I have not been compensated for anything just given 2 water bottles as a compensation. Thank you so much for that.

That type of rude answer he gave. Very bad attitude, if I am not wrong his name is Vikram ,my humble request don’t choose this stay.
