Bake my Wish — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Ordered a 1kg cake and these people totally ruined it.I have clearly mentioned that we need a car model cake, where car should be highlighted. But these people have made a round normal cake that we get in any bakery shop and pasted a photo of car with a stick on the cake. When reached the shop to take the cake we were horrified seeing the work of cake. There were no owners at the time. Upon calling the lady owner who has taken order of the cake spoke very rude over the phone that it’s not her mistake and has given the call to an elderly person who is also an owner. He spoke very harsh and started abusing and hung up the call. There was no flag as mentioned in the order not ready, no name was written on the cake either. Cake was supposed to be ready by 2 pm but @ 5:30 it was not ready. The staff is very rude and very lazy. Will not recommend anyone to take their service. They will definitely ruin your day. Ambience was good but the food was not upto the mark. This place initially has got good review but later it's just slowly falling off. Food needs to be improved in different aspects like presentation and in choice of ingredients. I've ordered a sizzling brownie and a cheese sandwich. Basically, the sizzling brownie needs to hiss when u touch it with a moist finger but that was not the case when I visited this place. The brownie was normal like some simple bread. The service was quiet sluggish. I suggest the management to try adding ingredients according to the customer's wish. Apart from this, the ambience alone deserves a 4 🌟. We ordered a Peppa Pig cake for my niece's birthday. The 1 star is ONLY for the look of the cake. It looked amazing, the pigs looked just like the cartoons, and my niece was very happy. The sad thing though, the cake tasted like a third grade, cheap, sponge cake and the quality of the icing was horrible. We are a family of cake lovers and normally fight over who gets a bigger piece, but this cake stayed uneaten in the fridge for 4 days after which we finally threw it out. We paid 3000 rupees for it.
