Brew n Bistro Café — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE :(

After a tiresome morning & after a refined search, we found out this outlet to dine in. The place where this outlet is situated is a cool cozy area and I personally like to visit this area once in a while. As soon as we entered inside the restaurant, we found the inner decor to be interesting with only one more table occupied by another two customers and it’s a silent place - which myself & my wife liked it.

The place is quaint, calm & mostly with wooden decor & walls occupied with paper cutting & posters. There are messages written all over the inside decor. There is a pillar wich can be used as a chalkboard. We ordered a cinnamon cappuccino & a non-veg enchilada. The staff came after 10mins & asked us to wait for 15mins more as the coffee brewer isn’t working and they got some technical problem. So, we asked him to serve us enchilada & initially the female staff served us which is cold enough to be called as “enCHILLada”. It has frozen cheese in it and the chicken pieces within it are not tender soft. We asked the staff to replace it with a good one & despite requesting them so, they served us the same one with addition of some hot liquid cheese upon it and over burnt which is disgusting. Neither the chef nor the staff do not know the ethics of running a restaurant for customer satisfaction and I did mention them this. The staff needs only the bill to be paid from us and no attention was placed over my order or my grievance for such an ugly food and poor behaviour of the staff.

Extremely disappointing :(

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone until they change their way of presentation & thought process giving importance to customer satisfaction rather than the money which is paid by the customer.

A Tale of Two Halves: Great Service & Ambiance, But the Food Fell Flat

Brew & Bistro has some real potential, but my recent visit left me with mixed feelings. Let's start with the positives: the service was truly excellent. From the moment I walked in, the staff were attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They were happy to answer questions and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience. The ambiance was also quite good. It's a well-designed space with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere – perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet coffee. I could easily see myself spending a good amount of time here just soaking in the vibe. However, the major letdown was, unfortunately, the food. It's hard to sugarcoat it – the dishes I tried were, frankly, pretty terrible. Everything tasted like it had been frozen and then microwaved, completely lacking in freshness, flavor, or texture. It was a real shame, as the great service and lovely setting really built up my expectations, only for the food to fall completely flat. Brew & Bistro, you've got the service and the setting down pat. If you could elevate the quality of your food to match those standards, you'd truly be a standout spot. Until then, I'd recommend it for a coffee or a drink, but perhaps...

Cute little place with simple ambiance and limited tables and great music. They have decent parking space available. Generally this place gets busy in the evenings. Considering the size of the place, the tables are like pretty close to each other so you expect it not to be so quite kind of a set up since you can literally hear what the next table folks might be discussing about. They provide a complimentary mineral water bottle for each table and that is a good thing here. They have decent menu options to chose from and this place is best for the coffees they serve. Roasted hazelnut is my favorite here. They also provide honey for as a replacement to sugar upon request. They do not have any healthy juice options here.

Food is also decent here and I like their Chicken cheese balls. We also tried their Cheesy Chicken fries which I felt was average though. Quesadilla's are good here and worth giving a try.

There are board games like Ludo, Snakes and Ladder, Zenga, Chess, etc available to play with your group while you enjoy your coffee. Polite staff. Overall we like this place and definitely visit again.
