The worst experience. First of all, the food served was not delivered in time limit as told by them like 20 minutes. It took more than 40 minutes. Another thing food was not upto expectations. It was not tasty u can say. After that they did not bring the complete order. And when we asked the waiter about it he said I am sorry, i did not write that in my list but the reality is he repeated the order for final confirmation before serving to us. So it was a mere lie. There was poor service, bad attenders, no resoect for customers. Other customers were also not happy with their service and were shouting at them. Ravi's kitchen is a promising place with a lot more room for improvement.

Positives: Prices are really affordable. Taste was good. Adequate quantity per plate. Good and experienced staff. Vegetarian starters were hot and seemed freshly cooked. Omlette wrapped biryani could easily serve 4 and has a nice flavored touch.

Negatives: Non-vegetarian starters were not that hot. Some dishes were not that tasty.

Highlight: A biryani and couple of soups were replaced without any questions asked, which is very rare in Vizag's mid level restaurants. Very happy to see Ravi's kitchen maintain...

Though there are a lot of biriyani joints in vizag.....this restuarant stands out apart all in taste,quality, quantity and price. food is very tasty alongwith the ambience. the rate is so reasonable that one will have no second thought. PS. one thing to mention which i fould very embarrasing as a customer. The waiters asks for tip everytime which is really akward. Tip is considered voluntary in India and it cant be forced upon.
