Hotel Kola Grand — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

My experience is very bad in the hotel. I took 2 rooms for 2 days and the keys were misplaced and we will get the keys in a day. So we asked the staff to provide with the spare key as of now and will provide with all the keys at the time of checkout but the staff simply said that they don’t have spare keys and they asked me to take another room for 3-4 hours in the night. Being with family I was help less at the moment. The staff and the owner just need money nothing else I have paid 3,500₹ per night for each room where I can get a better room in lesser price. By showing specious rooms looting public money. Just for non AC room they charged 2500 as demand was more. Don't ever expect hot water here..if needed you have to carry by your self from 1 St floor. Staff or management simply taking concerns in light. They were more focused on grabbing money from people who comes to visit tirupathi. Completely not trusted...

Worst service u will find in entire tirupati, u wont get good service here, u r not allowed to bring any friend inside hotel even for 2mn , u have to talk with him outside only. Food is not available. They won't even give u extra towel or clean the room , if u have thoughts on staying more than one day. Worst hotel u can ever stay in tirupati. Avoid...
