OYO 26559 Renuka Hotels — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

Experience was too poor. I booked a room for 3 adults and 1 kid through Goibibo. They charged for a room of 3 adults and a kid but after entering the room it was only for 2 adults and they promised to add a bed for 3rd adult which was actually not bed but a mattress to be added at night to sleep on the floor and even there was no place in the room even for the extra mattress to lay down. Later we shifted to another bigger room. Selection of room as per our choice was not available through Goibibo. Need to shift to bigger room after reaching there( It was our good luck that the bigger room was vacant). The owner said it would charge 700 extra per night if we shift to bigger room and we agreed for that. But while check out the manager at reception said I need to pay 1200 per night and not 700 plus extra 500 for extending extra 4 hours after checkout time. The amount which they are charging as 3000 per night for a room with double bed of 4×6 each doesn't seems worthy for the amount what they are charging. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket covers were dirty, uncleaned with stain marks. Later we asked to change bedsheets and those were torn😅. Dustbins are even too small to through wastes. I booked in this hotel through it's rating by public. But now I feel it's not genuine rating. I didn't feel worthy staying in the room for the amount which I paid. For 2 nights I paid rs 6000 plus rs 500 for extra 4 hours after checkout time....

Very bad hotel.The behavior of the manager is very bad.He doesn't know how to behave a guest.I suggest to online bookers don't book this hotel by any online site.If you will book i am 100% sure you will face problem afterthat.Because when you will reach there they will say i don't know any booking.I also faced this problem. I booked a room in this hotel for one day.but when i reached there the hotel manager was saing he didn't know any booking.And i also paid for it by online.they told me i paid very less amount.but their hotel price is not that.and they don't know anything by online payment.they also asked me to pay extra charge stay. So my request to everyone don't book this hotel by any online site.and also don't stay there.that is not also in...

Location is good, service is so so, but floor of the room was not cleaned regularly, bed sheet and bed cover was not cleaned properly. We (two family) went ther at Puja vacation this year on October, we were late by one hour for the check out, but after requesting very politely, to adjust the extended time billing concession of one room in liue of two... They didn't, they were so rigid into their operation.....So think of yourself...Do as you like in...
