I will give negative review for this hotel they are treating us like beggers and they are demanding extra money that to 2 times of the booking amount which is booked by the oyo. I booked the stay for 2 days from sep 10 &11th 2022 with 900rs per day charge from oyo, after visiting the property he is simply saying i can not give room for this cost if you want room then pay extra 700rs per day that means 1600rs per day or else go to other properties. Then i called AGM of oyo from the property location he convinced the property manager but he is not listing and behaved very rude and in front of customer(thats me) he is telling ok i will give room for the final price of 1500 but the room i give will be of worst maintenance.(that means no amenities or limited amenities). Such a worst fellow i didn't seen in my life. After we came to an agreement that i will pay 1400rs that means 500rs per day extra to my booking amount so he agreed and he is doing some rediculous things(like he changed bed sheets, he changed the room) in that time he is doing these things like we came from some beggar family soo he is giving a worst room with no bedsheets and all... Soo i warned him and left the property with out check in and move to another property by my own no any third party apps like(oyo,make my trip) and i directly went to hotel ramachandra near vizag railway station there i found room of 1000rs with 24 hrs check out option soo instead of 2 days i just booked for one day which is enough for me instead of booking in oyo 12 pm to 11am checkout which are not feasible for customers soo instead of paying 3000rs for this bakwas hotel i paid just 1000rs with all amenities and well staff behaviour and good hygienic hotel. Sooo my final conclusion to this hotel is if you harrass the customers then customers will harrass you.. Read moreI find atleast now a days Google is helping us in sharing the geniune feed back, I didn't go to this hotel. But I see in entire vizag the Oyo named hotels are completely worst in terms of behaviour and service providing.
