I had one of the most disappointing experiences at Burger King. The staff was incredibly rude, inattentive, and clearly lacked basic customer service training. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting, no courtesy, and a complete lack of professionalism.

The way the staff behaved was unacceptable — ignoring customers, showing visible irritation when asked questions, and making us feel unwelcome. The order was wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, the response was defensive and dismissive rather than helpful.

The place didn’t feel clean or inviting, and the overall atmosphere made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I’ve visited many fast-food places, but this was by far the worst. I will not be returning and would advise others to consider other options if they want to be treated with basic respect.

I am very disappointed with Burger King service. I placed an order through their mobile app. The store apparently was confused because it received two orders with similar first names and they delivered to the wrong address. I tried calling the store but they didn’t answer my calls. I cancelled the order via the app. I am being told that the store manger would call me but that didn’t happen. This is terrible experience. I would suggest not to use their app at all as it is a total black box with no support other than an AI chatbot. The store is not responsive at all.
