My Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I don’t know what happened to this restaurant. When I visited last year with my family, everything was good, which is why I brought them again this time. But unfortunately, it was quite disappointing, except for the car parking. They made us sit at the far end near the kitchen door, where cleaning equipment was kept. I requested to change the table, and although they agreed, no one came to give us the menu. I had to ask for it myself. Immediately, the manager came and took our order. We ordered one Donne Chicken Biryani (₹390), one Prawns Biryani (₹390), and one water bottle. After some time, they brought the plates with a very limited salad. We had to serve ourselves. Later, the biryanis arrived, the Donne Chicken Biryani was extremely oily, and the Prawns Biryani was tasteless, almost like steamed basmati rice with a few prawns. The chicken and prawn portions were very less, and overall, the food lacked flavor. They even forgot to bring the water bottle. The food was also quite spicy. We didn’t order anything else, and all the serving had to be done by ourselves. No finger bowls were provided, even though they were serving them to other tables. Wow this restaurant had acquired a bit of everything in the recent re innovation good job to the management you gave your heart i can say.. the entrance to this restaurant is very intriguing , nice greenary, water wall, fish aquarium with huge fishes guess what? One of the guys told me they are Piranas.*!!?? A Fabulous place for families and couples, an outstanding place for collegiates I had chicken dum biryani it tasted very nice. Also the parcel counter at the front is serving delicious items.

Service is great ...greeting and seeing off guests. ⭐⭐⭐⭐17/01/23- I wanted to try your Donne biryani, I ordered boneless chicken donne take away. Biryani is delicious and it's quality, quantity, accompaniments especially a fried boiled egg is touching (🥰). Staff are doing great as always. Biryani wassss way too salty n I believe it's tasting salt* if it is so!!? Pls stop it period. And I still don't understand why the chicken used is batter fried!!? It didn't match the recipe at all for me. I suggest u add double fried chicken with curry leaves Andhra style) with out colour to your donne it will be perfect. Thanks. Happy & Funny new year to...
