But now really dissapointed. ❌First the staff is not at all responsive ,no hospitality,answering a question or doubt is a big task for them . It's like they aren't interested to work . ❌None to assist children,or help them They are simply sitting and talking . When asked ,they plainly refuse ✅ one thing that developed is the food . Now that's good for a place like this .

Never expected such a wonderful and #fun place for #kids at #vizag 👉Maintenance is amazing 👉💯 percent safe for toddlers 👉There are all types game equipment Chidren will learn ,play, and are sure to enjoy

👉There are care takers who are really loving and sweet towards chidren 👉 Safety carpet everywhere ,so no worry about getting hurt 👉Most importantly there is a area for the adults to sit ,and games are provided for them too so u are sure not to get bored 👉 Everything is #child safe 👉#Cafteria available

Overall this place is amazing to bring young children

It's 250/-per child for an hour If taken for 2hours or more you get discount

They conduct birthday parties

There are #subscriptions If taken yearly you can get good discount

Not a second thought about this place ,bring your kids they will enjoy And you also will get some...

It's one of the worst play zones I have ever been to. If there was a zero, I would have given it. Breaking down every point that would matter to parents:

CLEANLINESS: They were cleaning while we arrived. My kids and I went in right after they cleaned, and still, it was very dirty and muddy. There was no sanitization of balls or walls or equipment whatsoever. Looked third grade dirty

RUDE, UNHELPFUL & IRRESPONSIVE STAFF: No one was available at the counter. There were two ladies who were helpers there. I asked for wifi as I had an international number. They had one but refused to share the password. They said they needed to ask their owners who are based out of Chennai. The entire point of getting kids there was because I needed to work for two hours. I couldn't work, and neither did they to revert to me after me asking them three times

NO HELP IN PLAYZONE: The so-called "helpers" did not even bother to get inside after their cleaning. They sat outside on the table and were chitchatting.

EXPENSIVE: I have been to all play zones in vizag, and this was expensive for what it offered. Play More was very sanitized and had better offerings

Imagine taking out so much time to write a review. That's how much I hated my experience. Please don't take your kids to this place. Better to take them to parks than this...

We really had a terrible experience. Place is good. Ambience is good. Everything is good except the staff. They are so terrible even to take care of the kids when they fall.

They have zero knowledge on how to handle kids. The staff were just sitting and on phones all the time. When our baby fell inside the trampoline, We rushed inside to take him out while he is crying, the staff from outside started yelling at us not to enter inside. How can someone not enter inside when the kids falls and gets stuck inside??

If the staff really doesn't want the parents to come inside, then they must be cautious about the kids and be active, and watch the kids all the time.

I've asked the staff to give us the owners number for the feedback. Even then they have refused to give the number.

Worst service I've ever had in a play zone. A play zone should always have good vibes around. This place misses that.

The owner needs to make a note of this and improve the staff behavior and their nature towards kids.

And also no one wears a mask there.
