Hotel Little Palace — Hotel in Assam

One of the good hotel of Dibrugarh Town. The rooms of the hotel is bigger in size. Rate is also reasonable in the segment. It give the occupant a very nice river view of mighty river Brahmaputra. The hotel is situated at NH37 , the DTP Dyke and the river is situated in its back side. It not only give accommodation to stay, also have good conference hall to organised business and other meetings, company training programme and also different party option. Option to arrange vehicle to airport and railway station. A good quality restaurant for occupant and outsiders for outdoor meal and Coffee. Room delivery of food is also available. Although parking place is available but feel little short as per occupancy of the hotel. Lift facility is also available for convenience of the customers. The place is also in the heart of the city. All the major business establishment of the city is situated nearly within walking distance from the hotel. Nearest airport Mohanbari Airport, and railway station Dibrugarh Town for Rajdhani Express within 1.5 km and Dibrugarh Railway station for other trains within 7km.Although some other hotel situated near to this hotel, but the internal space and size if the rooms are the main advantage of the hotel.For which customer were interested to stay...

Now it is 01:42 midnight and I am writing this review from the hotel itself. I will update my details after leaving the hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. It is poorly maintained. The washroom is dreadful—if you go to wash your hands, you might as well take a shower because of the mixed water from the tap and shower. The rooms are not clean at all; the bedsheets and pillow covers have stains and have not been cleaned.

Loud music and partying continue late into the night in the guest rooms, and the staff does not take complaints seriously. Door, windows even the furnitures are also vibrating due to high volume music. After I reported the noise multiple times, their response was that the guests were paying extra charges, so they could do as they pleased. Their focus is entirely on collecting money rather than providing quality service to their guests.

If I could give a rating lower than zero, I would.

The hotel meets the expectations of all levels with good staff and hospitability in awesome. Unseen. Incredible generous and helpful. This hostel should have a flat out 10/10 score.We had dinner here a few times while with family and friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. Have a good parking space. The place is definitely worth value for money. With lift facility. Good place to book halls for any kind of occasion for meeting, birthday party etc The bar here is excellent too. Rooms are excellent with all modern bathroom facelift and nothing to worry about. The food menu is incredibly with all dishes from North to South India. The hotel is on the main town itself and is on the roadside visible to people coming from all directions with makes it's easy to find it out.
