Letz Go is located right in the heart of the city on HS road opposite Ranghar Plaza (the same building that houses Pantaloons, KFC and Atmosphere). I've visited this restaurant properly once, and just stepped inside it and passed by it many times. The place is narrow as is visible from outside. The ground floor deals with sweets and snacks while the restaurant is above. I haven't had anything sitting at its table except a gulab jamun (lalmohan) offered by my friend from his plate. But I did order from this restaurant today and very recently on Swiggy. Here is my review.
Today I ordered chole bhature (2 pieces) for Rs. 150 and mixed chat for Rs. 110 on Swiggy. I ordered the former for me and the latter for my friend. I expected the chole bhature to be good as it's a quite common street food, though I had no idea what the mixed chat that my friend selected would be like. Alas, the mixed chat container looked and was cold and refrigerated while we expected it to be hot and spicy. I felt bad for my friend. My chole bhature also turned out to be a dissatisfaction. It had onion, a piece of lemon and a fresh green chilli. There was a disposable spoon and two tissue papers in the Letz Go carry bag. Both the chole and the bhature tasted somewhat bitter. The chole seemed to have too much turmeric powder that rendered it somewhat bitter and too yellowish to reddish. I don't know why the bhature too were bitter and they were starting to harden as they were getting colder. Both of us had to try to finish the stuffs only for the sake of not wasting our money. The only thing I liked was the packaging. In my opinion, street foods are best when eaten in the street rather than a restaurant where the cost rises drastically, regardless of the taste. We don't know how a mixed chat should be like. I am only expressing what we felt.
The other day I ordered an economic north Indian thali for Rs. 220 on Swiggy. It had basmati rice, tandoori rotis (2 pieces split into 4), paneer (2 pieces, most probably), dal, papad and an onion split into two pieces. The papad was really crispy, large and folded. This dish was fine and I've nothing to complain about. The packaging was good. It had a disposable spoon and tissue paper too.
Yesterday, another friend ordered a few paneer patties for Rs. 40 each and kesariya jalebi (250 g) for Rs. 130 on Swiggy. We all liked the patties. I found the jalebis a bit bitter, though my friends didn't feel so. The colour of the jalebis was bright and proper.
I've written what I felt as I can only write about myself, or for that matter, what my friends who ate with me say. That said, taste may vary from person to person.
I've attached photos of whatever items I have written about. All orders from Letz Go come in carry bags on which its name or logo is printed. The tissue papers too come with the logo printed on them. You may check them if you want. Thank you for reading my...
Read moreThis place is genuinely for All the Hardcore Purely Vegetarian foodies out there in Dibrugarh and the region nearer to this quaint little town , Letz go offers not only a great ambiance but elevates your food tasting experience to the ultra superior level.
Conceptually it has 3 floors where ground floor offers a huge variety of Namkeens, sweets and confectionaries and I have tried Badam Katli,Paneer Jalebi, Moti Pak, Gur Ka Rasgulla, Soup sticks and many more things and all of them stood out for me as there is 0 compromise on taste, quality and hygiene.
First floor is a fast food section where you can hangout with your folks and treat yourself with Puchka, Noodles,Varieties of Masala Dosa , Pizza , Burger , Rolls , Sandwiches and many mouth watering dishes, Again both the quality and quantity justifies the price and overall experience is a Top notch.
Second floor is a fine dine section and is suitable for close intimate family gatherings and I can guarantee that the food offered is as good as it can get anywhere in a more renowned restaurant across the globe.
Cuisine offered here is a mix of Indian,Chinese and continental and you will be surprised by the variety this place offers without compromising on the taste at all.
Letz go,Dibrugarh has a vast and extensive menu across the 3 sections and gives you a very warm and welcoming vibes, my only complaint is that I wish there was some private parking area for its customers as it is located in heavily crowded HS Road and it gets difficult to find parking at times (depending on your luck as well).
For all the people visiting Dibrugarh, letz go should be on top of your bucket list as it is Highly recommended by the local people , if time is a constraint you can also order their food from Swiggy but in person visit must be the first choice for better experience.
Thank you Letz go for the experience and I am coming back soon for experiencing more of your...
Read moreOnly place in dibrugarh which serves tasty pastries. The food here is good but the prices of the pastries are little on the higher side. The sitting arrangements are also spacious. But they don't accept card payment . It would be better if they start accepting card payment as well. Overall I had a good experience. A variety of sweets are available which are of good quality and hence pricey. Cakes can be ordered for any occasion. Other vegetarian South Indian, Chinese food also available in the upper floors. Food is great and the baked goods section is especially great. I just found the food to be a little too sweet but overall the place is great with good food and good ambience. Good restaurant, fully vegetarian. Jain food is also available , cooked without onion and garlic . The ambience is good , food quality is also top notch. Best in Dibrugarh town, very hygienic, foods are tasty, their cakes are special in Dibrugarh, bakery items are superb as maximum of the VIPs even prefer. The location is quite good, in the centre of the new market in HS road. Best place of cakes... Baked items specially... Average in...
