Naga Delicacy — Restaurant in Assam

Words are tiny to describe this resturant... If I not wrong i want to say that this resturant is the best resturant all Over Assam I had visited over till date. The owner is very sweet and friendly towards customers she own the resturant and am so happy to see that how perfectionaly she control the hotel Staff. The food over their is mind blowing a typical Naga food which i tasted at Dimapur. And now am soso happy to taste any time i want in Dibrugarh. And speciality the waiters r so humble and sweet towards customers they have such a great Hospitality they serve us like goddess. And while serving they use to describe the dish which is the best part as many people have allergy with some ingredients so the waiter use to describe the dish and the ingredients use on that dish very well. I am a hotel management student and by visiting this resturant i feel this resturant is excellent in all ways the food, the Hospitality, the front office ♥️♥️♥️. The waiter over their speaks proper and fluent English and it took my heart... I request u people if u don't mind to add a Naga dessert in ur thali package as a dessert is the complete package i believe.... And i request all the people who use to visit or going to visit this Naga resturant to order pork with Anishi 🐽... It is so so delicious dude I feel after having it am in heaven... 😍.... And am also looking forward to taste ur paneer items in Naga style as my friend is vegetarian. And 5 stars are very tiny to describe u guys i wish i could give u...

During our visit to NAGA DELICACY, the restaurant exuded a lively atmosphere, indicating its popularity even during non-peak hours. Two members of our party chose the Naga pork smoked thali, while the third person opted for the regular pork thali. We all enjoyed the diverse flavors, though noting that the pork might be slightly overcooked for some palates. The thali included tomato with akhuni chutney, steamed carrot and Chayote squash, aloo pitika, pork fat chutney/pickle, fried potato, and regular Indian dal—all well-received. Notably, the tomato akhuni chutney stood out for its exceptional taste. The inclusion of local rice, cultivated indigenously in Nagaland and neighboring northeast states, added a distinctive quality to the dining experience. One can visit "Naga Delicacy" for authentic naga taste in Dibrugarh. It is on the 1st floor above Federal Bank.

The ambiance inside the restaurant is very nice, and the interior is beautifully decorated with a touch of naga ethnicity. The restaurant is clean and air conditioned. Hygiene is fully maintained.

Food! The food is the main part here. What I can I say...It is delicious and yummy. Axone, naga curry is super delicious.

Service is top-notched. There is no issue here. I am giving 4☆ because I've been to other ethnic Naga restaurants also, and I find there's a scope for improvement for this restaurant.
