Hotel Town and country inn — Hotel in Assam

Recently I had a worst experience with this hotel which I am sharing. Myself Supriya and I was called for an interview just 3 days back. I cleared the first round and was called for the second round the very next day. Despite of the worst location besides the Chicken retailers and an injury on my left leg I was Happy for the interview. The very next day when I appeared, Only two people were there me and another lady. After waiting one hour I got to know from her that the interviewer is not there and is coming from a long route. I waited patiently 3 hrs. She was called first since she has a good connection with them. They neglected me who came first. Struggling in the heated reception area.Her interview went on 1 hr. Mine only 5 mins. After 3 days also they are escaping and not giving positive or negative feedback. This is totally unprofessionalism. You all can run a Hotel but no empathy towards your candidate rights. You all don't respect people time and values, no empathy then what will you show...

They are Cheaters and fraud. Not giving our refund money back.||We are Travel company and working last 15 Yrs in market But 1st time bad experience with Cheater and fraud Hotel Team . All Travel Partners Beware to Book this Apartment for your guest that you will loose you business , Time , Money . The cheater hotel team after booking will not pick up your call , if you cancel booking they will not give you refund back . Very poor staff , Misbehavior with guest , Dirty rooms , False promise , Ask the guest at the check out time room payment if already paid also , poor communication , at the time of booking show hotel & check in time shifting to apartment .||100% Scammer , Not trustworthy||fraud and cheats people are running this cheap hotel apartment. beware before book this hotel rooms.||There are many hotels near airport and main market surrounding avoid book rooms this...

It was so unhygienic. Entering into the room we got a strange damp smell. There was no towel. I asked and then got 1 after 10 minutes plus the towel was also a little wet. Bathroom basin was a little stinky. Geyser was not working. Dim light was not working. Pillow cover was like pale color because of dirt or something. Bedsheet was also discolored and was teared here and there. We had to use our own clothe in the bed so that we dont get any allergies. Moreover we asked for a water bottle but they didn't give us. We had to again go and ask for it. So basically we just stayed because we paid the money and other hotels are not available...
