Fat Belly, Beltola — Restaurant in Assam

This review is completely for the resturant owner and also the people who are willing to visit this fat belly outlet in beltola. The waiter or that person who was managing or taking orders should learn some manners, how to talk with customers, how to respond and be attentive for the customers. His so called damn-care attitude won't lead this outlet to higher profits or customers in near future. I usually don't or haven't ever written such a negative review like this before but his behaviour even when we asked him to clean our table 3 times because a little bit like around 2 spoons of tomato ketchup was fallen on our table. We asked him 3 times to clean our table before our food was served so that we can eat without any problem but he didn't give a damn about it which was really unexpected and rare as if he has some mental problem or something. Went there with a large group where we tried their momos, noodles, fried rice, chilly chicken gravy and the food was good, no complaints regarding that but we were very much devastated by the management and service. Would never visit again until the management and service...

I am a regular customer of Fatbelly. I placed an order for "DRUMS OF HEAVEN" through Zomato today but from different account which i use rarely use as got extra 30rs off so.

The Issue: My order was not what I expected. Instead of getting only "DRUMS OF HEAVEN," the dish was mixed with 2-3 pieces of chicken lollipop.

I feel this was an act of "intentional cheating" and not a mistake. My family and I have been regular customers, and our previous order from this outlet just a few days ago was excellent. This time, the quality and accuracy were very disappointing.

As a long-time fan of Fatbelly, I am deeply disappointed and feel cheated. Due to this experience, I will no longer be ordering from the Beltola outlet.

Also whenever i dine in there, awesome experience but i think you lack in delivery....
