The manager here is definitely ruining the reputation of the property. I’ve always loved this hotel and have had good experiences before, but this time the manager completely changed my opinion. We had requested an early check-in and were ready to pay an additional charge, but instead of handling it politely or finding a solution, the manager was rude, uncooperative, and dismissive. Despite repeated requests, there was no effort to help or even respond on time. It’s really disappointing to see someone in a managerial position treat guests this way.
