Hotel is good, but I suffered coz of Mr. Pobitra Sharma who is a staff in the hotel. I asked him for a room for one of my guests and he assured me that I will get the room on the said day and assured the guest can check in at 3am early morning(actually he said he can check in 24/7).
So when my guest arrived the gates were all locked and after ringing a contact person, Mr. Tulsi came out and said initially that there are no rooms and that we cannot check in in that hour. We can only check in the first half of the day or something like that.
So whatever they say and mention in their site all are lies.
Hotel is good no doubt in that. But the staff behaves like the owners of the hotel, I mean they are very rude. Even after talking to them and making sure that my gust will get a room at 3am later they are saying that room allocation is subject to availability. if so then how come he was giving surety that we can check in at 3am. I mean I asked for a reservation or booking and they said that my gust can come in and a room will be available on that day(he checked his memory before giving surety, not the computer but his memory). I wanted to pay some booking or reservation money but he said again and again that the guest can just walk in 24/7.
Later he is saying its subject to availability. What to do in the middle of the night with this kind of work culture. Not professional at all.

The food wasn't good at all but I am not here to talk about that because any restaurant can have a bad day but it's about the staff's behaviour. We asked for bowl to serve the dal but one of the waiters made it seem like we have asked for something so precious that he can't afford to give. It wasn't his business at all to turn up and talk rudely to me specially when he is in the hospitality business. I don't think so my demands were unusual to deserve that kinds of horrendous reaction from him for asking for a simple bowl. And when I speak about the demands I am just here to speak about myself and not other members of the group who were having dinner we me. He didn't dare to speak that way to other's it was me. I won't say he was trying to intimidate me or anything but my issue is simple , if i am going to a restaurant to pay for the evening I spend their I don't expect to be treated the way i was. Team kopou should really teach their staff some basic manners to behave with their customers. I know one unhappy customer won't make a difference but I won't budge without sharing...

We had to park our car on the roadside till 9pm, before there was a parking slot arranged for us. 3) Buffet breakfast was promised with south indian, continental and chinese, but in the morning they said buffet is not available and have to be ordered.
