Drishti Inn Bhopal — Hotel in Banjari

Pathetic service as the hotel staff many weeks ago confirmed the booking via phone of early check-in and late check out with extra payment, they simply said no for this arrangement at the time of check-in my face saying they never promised anything like that. Rather than 11 pm standard check-out, they asked us to leave the room at 9am because they have taken another party booking for rooms. Do not trust their words, I should have taken that confirmation in writing. I visited here from Bangalore with family to attend a family wedding ceremony and with this the experience was made horrible. Rooms were dirty and corners were not cleaned properly. very costly hotel with no basic ammunities even they don't provide Toiletories also please do not book for breakfast as they will charge you 300-500 extra and morning they will ask what you want parantha or puri sabji.... they troubled me a lot in my last visit even after suffering this much my stay wasn't good and they made it worst at check out my credit card I received bank message for amount deduction but they said same will be refunded your transaction declined and you have to pay again you will recive your amount refund in 48hours , they were your using machine of ddx cinema it was like a scam I am banker so I saved myself but make sure you stay there only if you have no other option but ensure to be clear as...

We stayed here from 24 to 26/Dec. Hotel and rooms are fine and manageable. Issue is with hotel management deceiving attitude. We booked hotel through Agoda, it was confirmed. We called reception 3 hours before reaching Bhopal. To our surprise, we were told, all rooms are full, they will arrange in other hotel(which was much lower priced). They kept on convincing us. Finally when we started following up with Agoda, they finally informed about room availability just 15 minutes before reaching Bhopal. We had terrible experience for those 3 hours even after paying full amount.

Another problem is with it's location, it is far from all major attractions in Bhopal.

I suggest the management not to deceive...
