Pros: located in developed area of bhopal Exterior was attractive like a big hotel Cleaning staff is good Rooms are ok (except bathrooms)

Cons: No well trained staff. We checked in early and we discussed about it before with staff but when we reached morning shift manager was sleepy and reluctant to provide even a single room

They have a special feature. If you checked in early with a family of 4. 2 can acquire a room and other 2 wait in lobby. After much quarrel he gave us room for family but on one condition, 2 of us will leave the room before 9 am. THE FIRST IMPRESSION IS LAST IMPRESSION. you are hospitality people. Please get yourself trained how to talk with people.

Food: Simple, not fresh and made for only those who booked a hall and doing party. They always have a saying. We are having a party in hall so what so ever they ordered you will get only that.

Cost of veg food 1 daal, 8 roti, one paneer. Is 1240/- can you believe that? Non veg also comes cheap as compared.

Bathroom Was a small suffocating, with no bathing area. Literally you have to stand on toilet seat to take bath😂. There is no space for bathing. There are some plumbing issues also.

Bedding Spring mattress which was uncomfortable.

See the thing is that if you have a well mannered staff these things dont matter a lot. But if some people of staff are arrogant and misbehave you are losing costumers.

A nice place to stay but the housekeeping service is a bit strange: The manager told us that as we were the guest attending a few marriage functions, thus it is obvious that there might be valuables in our suite and so, "it will be cleaned by the housekeeping Only In Our Presence". We thanked him for taking such care and left the room(locked the room too). When we returned, we noticed that our room was already cleaned and the housekeeping didn't really seem to even notice what the manager said. Though we had a good experience and none of our belongings got stolen, but still I think they should improve on this part.

Loud Music in Parties disturb other guests: Another thing which was a bit upsetting was that we were staying on the floor that was 2 floors below the hall they had kept for parties. Still, the loud music was reaching to our floor and it was not at all a peaceful stay. I would advice the Hotel Event Managers to please take care of such things.
