The worst experience of my life is here. If anyone wants to see hell on earth, please go here. I can go to hell but never here. Agoda, and Hotel Shloka have crossed all limits of unprofessionalism. First of all they showed me the rate of 1600 rupees for 3 days, then after going to the hotel they said that they will not give the room for such a low price, then they asked me to deposit Rs.900 more because I am from outside and had not made any booking, so I did that also out of compulsion but the hotel has done 0% work in the name of facilities. Rude manager, AC of any room was not working, room was not clean, even the water bottle was not kept in the room, there were insects in the room and the limit was reached when there was not even a key in any room to lock it. I had a subpar experience at Hotel O The Shloka. Upon arrival at 8 am, I was informed by the staff that I had to return at 12 pm as there was no early check-in available. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to wait in the waiting area or use the washroom facilities, forcing me to wait outside for 4 hours.

When I finally checked in at 12 pm, I was allocated a room that was unclean. The pillow was damaged, and there were beer bottles in the wardrobe. The windows appeared to have not been cleaned in months, and the toilet seat was unhygienic. To make matters worse, there was no bucket or mug provided in the washroom.

Overall, my experience at Hotel O The Shloka was extremely disappointing. The lack of clear check-in and check-out times on their website and at the reception counter added to the inconvenience. I hope the hotel management takes necessary steps to address these issues and improve...
