Unpredictable service! I once ordered pizzas for home delivery and it was delivered in more than 50 minutes. On asking why it got delayed, the delivery boy responded that there was tremendous order rush. They however did not update the same to me during the process. The delivered pizzas were cold and I requested for refund. The delivery boy then connected me to the outlet manager and he was not ready to accept it and was not at all courteous. He rather said that I should not place any order on the outlet in future. On further checking, I found that the ReD dot for non veg pizza was missing on the boxes. When we visited it was partially empty, still they took 45 minutes to prepare pizza. The Airconditioner was switched off, it was really humid and stuffy. I requested the man at the counter to switch it on, but he ignored my request. When sweat started dribbling on my face I again requested him to switch on the AC, and this time I persisted, so reluctantly he switched it on. Two minutes later AC was turned off. I again requested and persisted, again AC was switched on and once again it went off in 2 minutes. It's a decent place to visit with family. Though most of their orders are pickup or delivery, there is a decent wait time before you get your order. You expect a wait time of 20 minutes before your order is ready, which I think is okay and acceptable.

The pizzas are okay. Similar to any other Pizza Hut. They don't always have all the items on menu.

The staff is polite and friendly. Though their focus is taking orders and preparing your order.. nothing more.

Overall, a good place to hangout with friends as there is no rushing up. It may not be the best place if you are looking for...
