Aura Inn — Hotel in Bengaluru

I recently stayed at Aura inn hotel bangalore rajaji nagar during a weekend . From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's elegant lobby and warm greeting from the staff.

The location of the hotel was ideal, situated within walking distance of popular attractions and with easy access to public transportation. This made me exploring the city freely

My room at AURA INN HOTEL was spacious and tastefully decorated, with all the facilities that I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was plush and inviting, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. And their auditorium service and view for the party was very beautiful and relaxable

The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Their professionalism truly enhanced my overall experience.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, particularly the on-site restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals throughout my stay. I really enjoyed overall service of the hotel

My Dad and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in February. I have got to say it was our worst hotel stay ever. To Tripadvisor staff, I did stay here and for some reason Tripadvisor did not publish my review - possibly because of the 'bad review' as my other good reviews for other hotels got put up - and to Tripadvisor staff why would I bother wasting time to write a fake review?||||First of all, the reception said breakfast was meant to be at 9:30am but for all the several mornings breakfast came at least 1 and a half hours late, and twice we had to call the reception as they forgot our breakfast after waiting a long time. The bathroom smelled really bad and there is no proper shower. Cockroaches everywhere. Breakfast terrible with burnt toast and a plain egg omelette thing. The room also had a filthy smell (possibly from pesticides) which kept me sneezing. There was room service some days. I would not...

I wish I could give zero stars for this place. Horrible horrible experience! We were to check in at 8am, but the room wasn't ready till 9am. The reason being their staff didn't reach the hotel yet. Wow! We requested for an extra bed. But nobody came for the same until my dad had to again go & remind them. The bedsheets were stinky and unclean. Moreover you could see a pile of bedsheets in the corridor of every floor lying unattended for 2 whole days. No hot water.
