Worst stay of my life. The room was in a very bad condition. You can find PGs around that in a much better condition than this.
There were lot of cockroaches, ants and what not. Washroom are horrible.
They ask for extra money for each and everything you ask. I have booked double size deluxe room but they gave me single room and on complaining they argue and ask for extra money.
There were 3-4 receptionist and each one of them were completely rude and behaved like they are king of the hotel and by giving us room they are doing some favour.
They didn’t allow me to pay through OYO. Each one of them used to cries about money. Oyo takes so much commission and we are not left with anything. And asks me to pay to them only with extra amount.
I online booked it for a week. And it was worst. There were water, internet and electricity issues. On calling them “Bhaiya isme hum kya Kare “. It was their fix line.
They were like we don’t do room cleaning on daily basis. We will do it when we will feel of doing it.
They don’t even give towel and soap on daily basis. They cries, you don’t get a hotel in ₹1.5k and now you want soap and towel on daily basis. “Aap soap khate ho kya, roz roz soap”. Is this way of talking to customers. They used to give a ₹2 soap and even cry for that. Completely rude.
OYO SHOULD BLACKLIST THIS HOTEL.
They also abuse OYO and crib they have done contract and takes lot of commissions .
If I would have an option of giving negative star I would have given them that.

Finally I paid them the amount as I don't want to search for a new room bcoz I was tired. After checking in they gave me room no 209 which I think was the worst room they had as it was so unhygienic and opposite to the images shown in the app.washroom was also dirty,no towel was provided,we faced electricity,water and AC issues also If there is a negative rating I would have definitely gone for it,I would never recommend this...
