Super Capital O Regal suites — Hotel in Bengaluru

Rooms are awesome, So clean and hygiene. Everything works properly like geyser, tv, ac, fan etc. I liked their rooms but slightly disappointed me that when i book the room that has a different price but when i arrived there then they charge me extra or a different price. They first told me that there all rooms were sold out. But if you give the charge what they asked then they provide a room. I choose to book and pay at hotel option, but they falsely show me the pending payment as a pending booking #hahaha😂. We are not fool, so stop fooling us. If you got a customer thats only for oyo services. So stop fooling peoples as the name of oyo, that they didn't confirmed your booking yet, if you paid that money we will provide you rooms otherwise you can choose any other oyo rooms near and there. Such a weird experience i ever had. But except that everything is good. Go for it, but not through any online hotel apps go direct and book. Because if you book so through any app then you have to pay at hotel according to their price. So...

I had a wonderful stay at Regal suites and i highly recommend it for budget travellers in Bangalore. My stay was actually booked at another hotel but since they denied my entry and gave me a very hard time i had to request a transfer in stay from Oyo and this ended up at Regal suites. I was very upset and annoyed but at Regal suites i was welcomed by a local Bangalore guy who is the owner of the hotel who speaks my language Malayalam. Which instantly calmed me down and made me very comfortable and welcoming. Actually Regal suites were far better than the one I booked initially. Decent rooms with AC and hot water. I thank Areef who was managing the front desk at that time for making me very comfortable. Next time when i visit Bangalore I will be coming back...
