• Please read this review before booking the rooms in this property * They have provided a room with no ventilation. It was too congested. They are not changing the bed spread. The bed spreads are dirty with food stains. we took rest in the same bed and later found the dirts. Ac was not working Mattress is hard like a stone No night lamps, need to sleep in dark room Tv is not working properly. I asked the reception guy who is incharge of the property to fix all this, before we were leaving out for some work. Nothing is fixed, when we returned in the evening. Only bed spreads seems to be changed. So, i have to call them multiple times to address this issue. Finally, they asked me to change the room to other floor at night 10 o clock. We had no other way, then carried all out luggages to the other floor. Room service is also very poor. No communication for providing the break fast or tea. Only 2 dosa + 2 tea/coffee for 2 person is complementary and for anything extra, you need to pay more. We already requested for the early check-in. They charged Rs.400 extra for the early checkin. The other hotel around the property providing 24 hours checkin. So, please update the early checking charges in the policy The staff behaviour is also not friendly. I visited them just a couple of weeks back and my experience was just below average and first of all rooms are not at all cleaned and can see thousands of cockroach 🪳 roaming around your bed near tv and bathroom as well and AC was not working properly and sound coming from AC was so irritating, TV was automatically getting off and again it was getting on which was really pathetic.

The hotel really needs attention in terms of maintenance,just a sake of money running businesses won't work for many days and needs to hire staff who knows what's the hospitality means ....the night shift staff was very rude and unfortunately I forget my mobile in room and came down to pickup food so I asked him for a water bottle, but his answer was sir get your phone or money then only we will give water 😀 Seriously he thinks that I will not pay that money later...I could tolerate all the things mentioned above but this guy made me think ... why shouldn't I share about the situation of the hotel so if anyone visiting there could be more carefully....the hotel is just located on the road and has all the facilities available like dinning ,movie 🍿 etc etc.

Rooms are okay not bad for the prices, But there is a lot miss-management. Staff starts calling again and again from 9 am just to inform us that the check-out time is at 11 pm. The staff at night is good in terms of room service but money minded and very cruel. I checked out at night around 11:00 pm as I had flight, but missed my flight I came back and asked if i could be in my room as the booking is there until morning, The staff denied and told it is already occupied and asked me to do a new booking offline.
