Tea Time Cafe — Restaurant in Bengaluru

29th October 23.. They refused to give food. Very bad experience early morning. Tried calling the number provided but no answer. I had to buy food as my family is unwell and I traveled some time to get the food here as I was a regular customer of this place. I used to buy breakfast without curry. Even last week I purchased. This time the salesman refused to give. I even told him I traveled long just believing that I will get appam morning. He just want to sell the appam / idiyappam with curry mandatory. Pay separately for curry. I even asked him to check with owner but he refused. I din get appam/idiyappam From any other hotel at morning time....

I ordered food from here multiple times and very time 1 or 2 items are missing in the delivered package. I always get it refunded from Swiggy.

I think these guys are doing this deliberately. They make free money everytime when some one doesnt claim a refund from Swiggy.

Such a shame to see businesses doing petty fraud trying...
