We went there for an kerala meals with sea food items. We expected a wonderful time and delicious food. But the service and their worst food items makes us so disappointed. We ordered kerala meals with bangda fry and "fish pollichath". Service guy told us it is so fresh and hot, but that idiot served us very cold items and it is not tasting fresh, he doesn't have any idea what is happening in kitchen. "Fish pollichath" is tasting too pathetic (hope they served the item which is put for demo box) which is simply wrapped in banana leaf with masala. It is not grilled and not even warmed the banana leaf. We complained this serious service issue to the cash counter person but he is stupidly smiled without giving any convenient response. He billed the whole item even we haven't tasted that sea food items. Their communication and service to the customer is unacceptable and i hope they are not interested in customer satisfaction. The food was good. Authentic Kerala food. We had Kerala meals and a fish fry. Both of which were really good. All of the curries and thoran was also good, the fish was good too.

Didn't like the fact that the owners were trying to rush people out to make way for the new customer. We had just sat and were about to be served food, when the owner came and asked us to eat fast coz others were waiting. We found this were rude and uncouth. We had only gotten rice and were still waiting for the curries when we were told this! Also which restaurant would ask their customers to hurry?! Made absolutely no sense.
