I would never recommend a girl to stay here. Multiple reasons of why the stay was worst here from check in till check out.

1. The payment was done online prior to booking and I showed him all the evidence of the payment but he kept me waiting for about an hour before the check-in, saying that the payment status is not reflecting. Hence their partnering with the online payment app was not integrated at all.
2. There were no such great facility in the room to charge so much!
3. There got a light patch of period blood stain on the bed sheet, which could have just gone in a wash. While checkout, they demanded Rs.600 for it. I went to the room and washed away the stain, which then disappeared completely. I bought it and showed it to them back. Ridiculously they were drying the bedsheet with a hair dryer and again made me wait for another half hour for it to dry. He says either u pay or u wait for it to dry which is completely illogical of him. The cleaners around were also in a sigh, with a face of disagreement with the so called receptionist coz of his indecent behaviour and proof less point. He kept ranting about the stain that its my fault even after i cleaned it completely. Even then after lots of arguements he charged Rs.450 extra for the dry clean of a single bed sheet !!!
4. He has no idea how he was behaving plus all of these scenes he did it infront of the by passers. It was a whole lot of embarrassment for a girl to see her blood stains getting displayed over in the reception area where there were other people too.

This is one of the worst hotel I have ever seen. I have booked 2 rooms for 3 days through their official fabhotel app. Once we reached the hotel they were not ready to give the room as the receptionist said the allocated rooms are occupied by some guests and they have some medical emergency. How come 2 rooms have medical emergency at a time? Is that a coincidence?

After hours of waiting the receptionist was keep on telling "Another 30 minutes". We waited there considering it as a medical emergency but finally we decided to their customer support around 6PM evening, there starts their next drama, in the pre-recorded call it will ask us to press 1 for new booking and 2 for complaints. If you press 2 instead of connecting to customer executive, it will disconnect your call. I tried this multiple time from different numbers, but no luck. Later I called and pressed 1 (just to know what happens) MAGIC! It's connect. (WOWWW for new booking it's connect, but for any complaints it won't connect, advanced technology). And needless to say that customer support service is useless as they won't solve your problem instead they will just justify the hotel management and ask us to speak to the the receptionist (Areyy wahh)

After lot of struggle and continues follow-up we got our room at 11:30 PM night, which means almost 12 hours later of our scheduled check-in.

Everything was great i was about to give 5 star but few things need to be maintained properly. There was party till midnight and a lot of noise on saturday night so i cant sleep peacefully. Mattress is little down. It cant hold. You will go inside after few minute. And you will face trouble when waking up. Pillow need to be one piece. I hot two pillow stuffed inside one pillow cover. Water pressure for bathroom bath tape is very low like 25% pressure compare to handgun and basin tape. Most of the time wifi was not working if its working then the speed is very less. Cant even received the whatsapp msg. Parking on road side so i was always scared that something might happend to my bike. No proper in permises parking.

One thing i mostly like- staff are really helpful, polite and professional. I gave 3 star only for the staffs. They deserve some...
