Gorbandh Sweets & Snacks — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Gorbandh is nice place to have chats and mouth watering foods . Sweets in this place are way too delicious and offers different variety and taste . Apart from sweets and chats they also have paratha options in their menu like panner , methi , aloo , veg , mix veg and such along with sabji and various chatnis . First thing first this is not a resturant where one can go , its a small shop with 3-4 sittings but enough place to stand and enjoy your plate . Talking in terms of price its okay according to the area bcoz you are in "btm" where a normal tea costs you 8 bucks which is saddening I suppose and that too not a good taste . Most of the tea shops in bangalore lacks the ability to prepare tea unlikely in this place you will get different variants of food along with enough sweet options The reason why I wrote this much is being a North guy I'm very much tempted to go this place just because of taste price is another thing depending upon individuals . The reason why I gave 4 star is it doesn't have much sitting options . Hope review this will help...

Pros: Quantities are massive, onion kachori is like no other I have seen in Bengaluru. The taste is pure Rajasthani, surely a treat to western Indians and snack lovers alike. Most of their items have a different take than their conventional peers. Homely aroma & texture due to quality ingredients.

Cons: Parathas are too thick and bland for my south Indian tongue. Accompaniments can be improved, specially the ones provided with Parathas. Food needs to be better wrapped. Asked for extra chutney, got no sign of it.

I ordered a thali from Zomato and out of three watery curries only one was having some taste (Loki ki sabji),rotis were hot and fine. The worst part was getting 3 hair strands from the sweet 'besan laddu' which was packed in a plastic cover. Raised a complain in Zomato and what I received was 24 credits, don't need money at all, we order because of hunger and this is how I got fooled. Please check the hygiene of this restaurant and have food, I even have the images of the same. I don't know how you have got these many ratings and reviews, maybe while ordering you can get fooled.
