DELHI BIRYANI CAFE — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Initially when we started visiting this place when we were recommended by a medical shop guy we were quite happy around August 2020. Later from Oct 2020 onward they started cheating by putting neck pieces and other horrid pieces so we stopped buying. Of late, last week when I bought I decided to take pictures and send to the owner and he agreed to replace but when we went again he refused and said I'll only replace the pieces which he didn't so I've posted those pics too. I must say the boy who works there is extremely arrogant. Instead of accepting their mistake they say however late it is at night you should have returned the parcel to us or even after 2-3 days, we don't mind recieving the rotten biryani and we would have replaced it. I was taken aback by their disrespectful behaviour and audacity to lie on the face. I'll never recommend this place. There are plenty other places that are clean. If you see the way they maintain their kitchen it's horrible. The onions are cut and kept open, they don't like when customers give feedback about hygiene and cleanliness. With this kind of arrogance and attitude you've lost a customer...

I have visited this place many times, Delhi(aka Morabadi biryani) whether it is mutton or chicken they serves it upto the mark. While hyderabadi chicken and mutton biryani doesn't taste like Hyderabadi style but they are good. Rumali roti and chicken kebab are also fine. Chicken korma is not upto mark. Cost wise it's affordable and unfortunately they don't have their restaraunt listing in any food delivery platforms As, the restaraunt is small, can accomodate 4 tables. Hi food Lovers I highly recommend this eat out not for its fancy Interiors nor Service...Dont expect this as it's a very tiny restaurant with almost an uncomfortable seat in, but if you are a true fan of Biryanis, then this is the right place for you...They serve mouth watering Crispy Chicken Kababs, Hyderabadi Biryani which is a spicy version & of course there is Murabadi Biryani which sells like hot cakes.The Price is quite reasonable as they have an option of full/half.Its a great value for money and also a good option to come and must try out here...Highly...
