Flamingos Service Apartment — Hotel in Bengaluru

Husband & myself chose to stay at BLR south avenue flamingo service apt. For health reasons.. alas! There were only 3 plastic, dirty plates & 3 similar mugs. No cutlery etc... Our room was cleaned only the first day. Even kitchenette dust bin not cleaned, hence smelling from the next day.. for this quality of service the care taker has been brought from Nepal with his family !! As though there is no un employment in India .. there was no mirror in our room !! I was told to use next room mirror. But next morning another guest occupaid that room. I had run to the toilet, Whenever I wanted to use a mirror !! Story goes on. U be aware before...

Around 17 of us were in two apartments for a night. The apartment had 4 spacious rooms with attached bathroom, a living area and dining area. There was one water can kept and a few glasses. The glasses were not that clean. The rooms were clean and beds were clean as well. The bathroom was good, heater is present for hot shower. Each room had a key to it. Wardrobes were available, had drawers and a key to it. Service wise not so happy as when asked for the key of one of the apartments we were told to lock our rooms and just keep the main door open. The administration person was irresponsible. I have been inquiring about availability and wanted to book from the past month. At first he said it is available and will provide the full apartment. But on the day of check-in, when we walked in. There was no booking made. And when we asked him, he responded in a rude way and made us wait outside for almost an hour.
