Store manager Gopi has good knowledge on cycles, patiently hears to customer needs and recommends the right option to go with to get value for money. They are transparent in terms of the price quoted.

Also the store owner Gunasekaran, a computer Science engineer with an interest to retail is knowledgeable in the field of bicycles and guides the customers very well without any biases. Even if the option customer is looking for is not available in his store, he calls the other stores to check for availability and directs the customer accordingly.

Though I didn't buy the cycle there, both spent a good 30 minutes talking to me about bicycles and the current trends. Overall I would say it was a very good experience...

Very weak G-Sports cycle and service is very pathetic. I bought cycle from Cycle world benergatta road store, back tyre got puncher on the same purchase date. They didn't changed it, as it was not covered under service. Now coming to the strength of the cycle. It can handle upto 80kg max. After riding for 2 months, that too once in a week, service was required. If your cycle parking is in basement, and you are using the sloping to go in, cycle break shoe will damage in just 2 ride. Horrible experience with their own brand G-sports cycle. We bought G-sports 7 gear 27.5 inch cycle on 9th November 2020. My son hardly rode it for a week and then one sudden day the tyre was flat. Inspite of filing air, it was flat, then when we took it to the same shop, they said the tube is gone bad and it's a manufacturing defect. We also saw that the front tyre tube was looking new and back which is bad is looking old. They simply refused to replace.
