"We had a fantastic dining experience! The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The ambiance was lively, and we enjoyed our lunch immensely.

The pizzas were a highlight - flavorful, cheesy, and cooked to perfection. The kids loved every bite, and it was great to see them having so much fun.

One minor suggestion for improvement: the playlist seemed to get repetitive, with one song playing on loop. A more diverse selection of music would enhance the atmosphere.

No major complaints on the pizzas , though am not a big fan of pizzas I came with my son and ordered a simple margarita pizza

Staff named Ms Sahin took order and went inside after I completing payment

After waiting of 12-14minutes my son asked me about pizza and I went asked to a staff named Ms Ashrita

She was polite and informed to wait for 5 minutes , then I realised that they haven’t even started preparing the order , the first staff took order and just absconded no communication she made for the order , Pathetic Operations :(

then the team started preparing the order and I got it after another 7 -8minutes

I went on a Friday when they have Unlimited Offer. I opted for veg option in which I can have unlimited Country Feast or Veggie Feast pizza along with unlimited beverage of choice (i opted Pepsi) They served the first pizza pretty quick along with chilled Pepsi. The second pizza took some time but it's okay. Overall I felt that in Rs. 314, it was worth it as I had 2 medium sized pizzas along with cold drink 😂 My only concern is that they served the pizza in the hot pan directly from the oven which can be a big safety hazard; specially if you go with kids. Hence I request Pizza Hut to please change this method and people reading this to be extra...
