Guru Greens, one of the underrated places in Bannerughatta road. To be honest even I had a feeling that this place wouldn't be nice for food or isn't a right place to hang out with friends and family. But I changed my opinion about this place once experienced their clean and calm AMBIENCE and their exotic food😋 Visited this place last week with bunch of my friends to have lunch, the rainy climate, the greeneries everywhere, the ducks, the music everything was perfect on that day🤩

AMBIENCE: As soon a s you enter, you can see a separate bar attached (for those who want to booze)near the parking lot, the family restaurant section is inside. Everything was green inside, with a clean and beautiful lawn, ducks and birds chirping and playing with you🥰, the seatings are so cute with many sections where each family can occupy one section (mostly looks like a small tent), even small kids can enjoy as there is a cute kids play area with swings,slides, see-saw etc.. We occupied the cutest section where there were cute wooden chairs and tables with beautiful flowers kept on the table. There is a AC family room too.

Food:

1. Indian breads: ordered pudina rotis, butter kulchas, butter parathas. All 3 breads were hot and soft with correct amount of butter applied on them.
2. Paneer butter masala: who doesn't love this curry!? The best one. The spice and Sweet taste was correctly balanced and it was creamy.
3. Veg makhanwala: This gravy was kinda different with all vegetables correctly boiled, the spice was mild and it was creamy :)
4. Mango ice-cream: mango ice-cream was topped with chocolate sauce and cherry! It was great :)

Best music will be played. So, you can enjoy the food listening to the music and indulging in the fresh greenery and fresh air.

Guru greens is located before the nice ring road and opposite to Dmart on Banerghatta main road. They have a big parking which can house about 30+ cars. They have nice outdoor individual gazebos which can house small families and bigger gazebos which can accommodate 8 to 10 people as well. They also have a AC restaurant which hosts candle light dinners between Mondays and Thursdays and if you don't like the outdoor gazebo, then you can sit and eat in the restaurant.

We ordered for Baby corn manchurian and Masala papad which were both tasty. For the mains we ordered Guru green vegetarian gravy which was right on the salt and spice as well as the quantity accompanied with Wheat Parantha with butter. We were full by then and didn't order any rice dish. For dessert we ordered Vanilla and Butterscotch icecream a scoop each which was very nice. The service of Shivakumar was excellent. He was attentive and looked after us well. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.

For children, it is a very good place. They have exclusive kids play area for ages between 3 and 11 years. They have a slide, a see saw, couple of swings and bouncing horses. They also have ducks and rabbits moving around which the kids really enjoy and it is a relief for adults who can sit at peace and enjoy their food.

Overall the place is spacious, kid friendly and good on the pocket. I have given one star less because the toilets are not maintained well. Mosquitoes and flies all over. It's critical to maintain the toilets for the general health of the public. I heard that this place has been taken over by a new management and they are renovating the place.
