If I had the option I would give 0 eating to the hotel. We came here for an interview and stayed for 3 days. The last night at the hotel, the staff harassed us. It was me and ny sister staying at their room. One guy from the staff kept ringing our doorbell and when we did not open he kept calling us on the hotel phone. When I picked he kept saying please open the door, kept repeating this saying that he needs to check how many people are staying in the room to which I replied that he can check the hotel records for that. This continued for an hour. We called the police and the upupparpet police arrived. We lodged a complaint abd demanded that they show us the cctv footage. The hotel denies it by saying random excuses. They say that the staff fled the scene. They gave his id and phone number which is switched off. I am writing this review the next day because they still haven't showed us the footage. The manager's response to this is "he is sorry for the inconvenience and will see it is not repeated" the police is yet to give us the official copy of the FIR. It is taking forever to help us. The hotel is unsafe. We are making sure we take this up with the authorities. But refrain from going to this hotel. It's the worst. No support from the...
Read moreI say never ever go to this hotel, never ever means never ever otherwise you'll regret. They don't have manners how to talk to their customers. Rude behaviour, raising their voice are the manners they have learnt. Even the room was small enough as per the price they're charging. There is a stinky smell as well as the room temperature is too hot as compared to even their corridors. You open the door of your room you'll feel so fresh but their rooms really suck. The rooms don't have proper ventilation. They say that they provide room service whereas if you ask them for a water bottle at 11 pm they'll be like is this the time to ask. Especially, both the managers don't have the basic etiquette of talking and dealing with a customer. I'll never suggest anyone to go there even for...
Read moreIf you have reached Bangalore very early in the morning and are looking for a budget friendly hotel for a short stay, then i would suggest you this hotel. || I was just wandering around the street looking for another hotel and in the process spotted this hotel. Checked in around 5:30 a.m. I booked only a non-AC room, so can brief you only about that, but i think they do have AC rooms too. They have the option of a single room for around 400 bucks and double bed room for around 550 bucks, all inclusive taxes. || The rooms are just standard ones with attached bath and a television set for some entertainment. Not that great but not bad either. For the location you can use google maps and you can spot it easily. But its around 5-10 minutes walk from the...
