KFC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Very much worst and disgusting experience in this kfc outlet. I had ordered my meal nearly at 8pm and I reached the outlet to pick up my order nearly at 8:30 pm and they made me wait till 9 pm. I stayed there for a half an hour and finally they gave me my meal in which they gave my Pepsi in paper glass. It later spilled in my bag and the paper glass was also leaking and the he didn't gave me the hot and crispy boneless chicken he gave me the with bone chicken. I had very disgusting experience and the kfc outlet is very much non cooperative. I had ordered my meal at 8 pm when I went there to pick up they still waited me there and took others customer's orders and kept me waiting. There was only one employee who was packing and serving the orders to customers and kept me waiting for half an hour and the remaining employees were just standing and doing nothing. Worst and disgusting kfc outlet I have ever seen in my life. I suggest you to shut down your outlet in the majestic area and better train your employees how to behave and attend the customer. I would talking about an incident of me in this kfc shop in this review . I went to the shop and asked for a regular popcorn my I'd was 7073 I went to my seat and sat waiting for my food 5 mins passed 10 mins passed 20 mins passed but no response from the kfc authority people who were coming after me were getting served rather than me who came first than them , after enquiry to the kfc staff turns out that they forgot my order after reminding them of my order they started preparing it and when they gave me I showed them the tv , where it was written after 7 mins of wait there is free chicken they laughed at me but I didn't reply I waited for a bit and then sat to eat my meal after finishing my meal I asked them for a free chicken then they changed the display of the tv I was standing infront of them and they were giving no response they were talking between each other but when I was standing for a longer time they finally started preparing it...
