One of the worst experiences that I had in this hotel.
There are 5 floors , but most of the rooms are of the same structure. All rooms have wall mounted TV, some have 32 inch and few have 43 inches. The ACs are there in the room .. but the water which needs to be going out of the AC will sprinkle through its air flow and also leaks through the sides on the wall.. a horrible experience.
As far as WiFi is concerned, it will work intermittently.. it will work on the corridor and till 3rd floor. 4th and 5th floor wasn't working..when asked it is a problem with the router... O have been given a room in the 5tg floor and I complained that room is not good because the electrical connection is not safe as the switches were hanging around and AC water leakage was visible on the walls. So, they changed me to the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work over there.
I once again complained..first there were hesitant to accept my complaint and said there are no rooms available But, when I went ahead and forced them to come along with me and trying to protest, the manager came and agreed that WiFi isnt working.. then he changed my room to the third floor. I don't know how come suddenly the room was available now.. I felt okay with the room and the water used to sprinkle from the AC.. as my bed was not close to the AC, luckily I was able to manage.
The chairs are not good enough and not so clean. It was in a worn out condition. I stayed there for 3 days. On the 3rd day, the electricity line tripped and TV, AC and the stabilizer used to create some wierd noise... I was scared and complained it .. they saw it and cjnaged my room once again to the 4th floor with no WiFi ..I took that as i had already decide to leave the next day early morning..
No restaurant is available. The people used to clean will never come as asked by us. They will not bother to the calls to the reception too. We have to goto the reception and bring them whenever we want. Or else, they stay put in their place. The hot water will be available from morning 7 to 11.. beyond that no hot water.
On the whole, please don't fall for the online photos. Now fire safety, no cleaniless, no WiFi, no customer service. Please don't visit or goto this place..one of the worst places I would have stayed.. it's not even 1 star hotel...and they proclaim themselves as 3 star hotel. It's zero star as far as I...
Read morePros: Room size is good. Working LED TV. Bed sheets and pillow cover are clean. Location is also OK with lot of food options nearby.
Cons: Bed bugs in most rooms, had to get 2 rooms changed, finally got proper sleep in the 3rd room.
Poor hygiene, too many cockroaches roaming around in the room of different sizes.
Commode hand jet was broken in all the room i was allotted, had to complain and get it changed. These should have been checked by the hotel rather than waiting for guests to complain.
Unstable wifi, many times stopped working after 10 PM for long durations, which affected my work. My jio sim card saved the day.
Hot water supply is not continuous, only during morning hours.
Even had to get mineral water from outside the hotel as staff demanded cash for every bottle requested. In this age of UPI transactions, giving cash of 20-30 Rs for drinking everyday is laughable. Staff did not agree for a bulk payment in the end.
Hard to notice all these for anyone if staying for a day or two, but my stay for 5+ days exposed all the shortcomings.
Overall a 2 star hotel minus hygiene. Would have given 3 star rating without bed bugs and...
Read moreSo, we booked from website which clearly mentioned 24 hour check in. When we reached there the receptionist outrightly said that all the rooms are booked, and asked us to cancel. The foremost reason we booked this hotel was because it clearly mentioned 24 hour check-in. We paid the entire amount in advance. And he asked us to cancel the tickets and that too at 4:00am. If the hotel can’t provide accommodation better they should modify ther website rather than claiming 24 hour check-in. The receptionist ask us to wait till 8:00, like seriously I did’nt pay for that.
Thanks to the manager who tried accommodating us in a small room than the one we booked but the receptionist made zero efforts to even call the manager. We have to call the manager ourselves. Its as if the staff was least worried about anything.
Talking of the room it was clean, but smelt of cigarettes. :( We were disappointed the moment we entered we had to argue with the reptionist for good 30 minutes to provide us the room which we have already booked in advance. Pretty much...
